Jordan began his career as a CPA serving ultra-high net worth individuals and families at Andersen. Through his career as an adviser and while serving as CFO of multinational companies, he has helped companies raise debt and equity capital, led companies through two successful exits, and scaled businesses for 100%+ year over year growth.

He has devised estate transfer plans and structured investment and business transactions that attained significant tax savings and guided clients’ finances to sustained growth.

Jordan was the Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Directors of Ceres Acquisition Corp., a publicly listed SPAC, and has served on various advisory boards at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

He has devised creative solutions to facilitate the closing of complex transactions with superior financial outcomes, employing qualified opportunity zones, captive insurance companies, trusts, and 1031 exchanges, among others.

Holly's professional career has been devoted to her accounting and business management practice specializing in high net worth individuals.

Her core services include the oversight of and accounting for her clients’ financial and banking needs, including bill payment, record keeping, wealth preservation, wealth transfer, and tax planning. She works closely with each client to assist them with the many areas that their unique, sophisticated, financial, personal and business ventures take them.

She takes great pride in the long-term relationships she has maintained with her clients, in some cases spanning three generations.
